Fried Mantau with Roast Beef
Ingredients:
6 pieces plain mantau
350 ml cooking oil
Ingredients content:300 gr beef
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Complementary:
lettuce
shaved carrots
pickled cucumbers
1. Mix barbeque sauce, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper powder, mix well. Marinate meat with barbecue sauce, keep for 1 hour in refrigerator.
2. Roast meat until done while occasionally spread with melted butter. Lift, thinly sliced crosswise.
3. Heat oil, fry the monitor until brown, remove.
4. Cut split into 2 parts but do not cut off, coat lettuce, shaved carrots, pickled cucumbers and roast beef.
5. Pour remaining barbecue flavor that has been heated,serve
