Meat Saute Peppers


Ingredients: 

250 gr chicken breast fillet
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 / 2 onion, chopped
1 / 2 green bell pepper, cut into
1 tsp worchester sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 tablespoons cooking oil
salt to taste
ground pepper

1. poached fillet of chicken breast until tender, remove from heat. Chill, cut rough. Heat oil, saute garlic and onions until fragrant.

2. Put chicken and stir well. Add salt, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, chili sauce, worchester sauce. Stir until well blended.
 
3. Add peppers and cook until mature. lift and serve.
