Coffee Praline
Ingredients:
200gr dark cooking chocolate, chopped
Dough Contents:
100 gr milk cooking chocolate
100 gr fresh cream
1 tsp coffee paste
½ tsp essen coffee
1. Dough contents: minced dark cooking chocolate with milk chocolate, mixed with cream fressh. Cook on low heat until melted. Stir until well blended. Add pasta coffee and coffee essen. Stir until well blended, remove, let cool.
2. Skin Dough: Prepare the praline mold. Steam chocolate until melted. Pour the cooking chocolate into mold. Invert molds for some chocolate spill. Let stand until chocolate in the mold to dry.
3. Pour the contents of taste, compact enough. Cover again with a dough skin until the mold is full.
4. Let stand again until the praline is really solid and harden. Remove from mold praline
5. serve
