Smoke Meat And Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
200 g bacon
100 gr tofu, diced
100 g glass noodles, soaked
2 pcs tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
800 ml hot water
Blend:
1 clove garlic
2 cloves shallots
2 eggs poached, thinly sliced
1. Heat margarine, sauté ground spices, tomatoes and hot water and stir well.
2. After boiling, put noodles, salt, tofu, and bacon and stir well.
3. Pour into bowl, decorated with leaf celery, sliced egg, and a sprinkling of fried onions.
