Fruit Chocolate Cake


Ingredients :
2 pieces of small size chocolate sponge roll
3 tablespoons blueberry jam
1 pack of strawberry fruit
2 pieces plum
1 ripe mango, peeled
200 ml  milk liquid
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
100 gr milk cooking chocolate, chopped
125 gr mascarpone cheese
100 ml whipped cream
50 gr powdered sugar
2 tablespoons almond slices, toasted

1. Cut 1 ½ cm-thick sponge, rubbing one of his side with blueberry jam, smooth

2. Arrange cake pieces in a bowl. Arrange cake with jam in the bottom of the bowl.

3. Cut the plums into 8 pieces, set aside. Cut the strawberries into 2 parts, set aside. Cut the mango dice 1 ½ cm in size, set aside. steam chocolate until melted , set aside.

4. Mix sugar, milk, and cornstarch, boil over low heat until boiling. Pour the melted chocolate, stir, lift

5. Whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth, set aside

6. Arrange half the pieces of fresh fruit in a bowl containing the sponge roll slices

7. Pour ½ part topped with mascarpone cheese , smooth

8. Sprinkle top with ½ the dough mixture and melted chocolate milk

9. Cover again with a piece of fruit, cheese, and pour the melted chocolate. Chill in refrigerator until chocolate hardens. Decorate the surface with whipped cream, sprinkle with pieces of plum, mango, strawberries, canned lychee and almond slice. Serve
