Bacon Spring Rolls


Ingredients :
250 gr flour
50 g tapioca flour
1 eggs
240 ml water
1 tbsp margarine, melted
1 / 2 tsp salt
300 ml cooking oil

Coatings:
1 eggs, beaten flat
100 gr bread flour

Contents:
bacon, chopped
boiled eggs, chopped
Cheese, chopped

1. Skin: Mix the flour and tapioca flour and stir well. Add eggs and salt, mix well. Add water, stir well with a mixer. If necessary add water until dough is not too thick. Enter the melted margarine, stir with the mixer again.
 

2. Heat a teflon pan diameter 15 cm, basting with butter, pour 1 tablespoon batter into the pan skin.
 

3. Arrange the bacon, cheese, and boiled eggs, on a piece of skin. Fold the skin such as folding spring rolls.
 

4. Roll it into the beaten egg, then roll into bread flour. Store in freezer for 3 hours.
 

5. Fry in hot cooking oil that much for crunchy.
