Chicken Grilled ala Hong Kong


Ingredients:
1 chicken, split breast without interruption, press for flat
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet sauce
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 / 2 tsp black pepper powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tsp salt

1. Stir soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, black pepper powder, and honey. Rub the entire surface of chicken. Let stand overnight.
 
2. Place the chicken on a wire rack, Cover with a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour with a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius.
 
3. Stir in sesame oil, oyster sauce, and salt. Rub the entire surface of chicken.
 
4. Put again in the wire, into the oven for 1 hour while remaining spice oiled. Remove, cut into pieces before serving.
