Caramel Sauce Lychee Salad


Ingredients:
150 g canned lychee
1 green apple fruit
2 green kiwi fruit
4 slices canned peaches, cut into wedges
50 g hazelnuts, toasted
Candied prunes, chopped

Sauce ingredients:

5 tablespoons Italian dressing
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons caramel syrup
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1. Sauce: Mix Italian dressing, olive oil, sugar and caramel syrup. Stir until well blended, set aside.

2. Peel the kiwi, cut into fan shape, set aside. Wash apples, remove the middle, then cut into 2 cm dice.
 
3. Mix lychee, kiwi, apple, peach, and hazelnut sauce. Mix well, wrap, store in refrigerator.
 
4. Remove the salad from the refrigerator, pour in the salad bowl.
 
5. Sprinkle with chopped prunes and serve.
