Balado Rimbang (Leunca)


Ingredients
100 gr green peppers curl
2 board petai, peeled
4 pcs of green tomatoes, cut into 4 parts
50 gr Leunca
4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 pc lemon
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 / 2 teaspoon salt


1. Boil green peppers with a banana, tomato, Rimbang / Leunca until smooth.
2. Puree the onions, green peppers, and tomatoes. Give the lime juice.
3. Heat the cooking oil, then enter the chili peppers that have been mashed, petai, salt, and Leunca. Cook until the ingredients are cooked.
