Macaroni Balls
Ingredients:
250 ml milk
100 g of dry macaroni, boiled until tender
2 tablespoons margarine
1 / 2 onions , finely chopped
200 g minced beef
1 tsp bouillon powder
1 tsp sugar
1 / 2 tsp salt
100 g cheddar cheese, grateds
500 ml cooking oil
100 g finely bread flour
2 pcs chicken eggs , beaten flat
1. Heat margarine, saute onion until wilted and fragrant. Enter the beef, stir, stir-fry until crispy.
2. Add salt, bouillon powder and sugar and stir well. Pour the milk, stirring until blended.
3. Enter the macaroni and cheese, stir, and cook until dough is thick and mature. Remove, let cool.
4. Take a little dough, shape dough into small balls. Do it until the dough runs out.
5. Dip in beaten eggs, then dredge in bread crumbs until evenly distributed. Do this layering process until 2 times.
6. Heat oil and fry until golden brown batter. Remove and drain. Serve.
