SOLO GRILLED CHICKEN


Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into 8 sections
3 stalk lemon grass, crushed
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, smashed
1 tbsp tamarine water
4 tablespoons soy sauce
25 gr brown sugar
500 ml coconut milk
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Blend:
10 pcs red onion
4 pcs garlic
3 cm turmeric
3 cm ginger grilled
3 btr hazelnut
1 / 4 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt


1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices, lemon grass, bay leaves, and galangal, until fragrant. Then enter the chicken and cook until changes color.
2. Add coconut milk, palm sugar, tamarind water, soy sauce, cook until the spices soak into the chicken meat.
3. Grilled chicken in the embers of the fire while occasionally spread with spices until chicken is lightly browned.
