Ingredients:
500 gr sugar
500 gr flour
1 kg potatoes, steamed and mashed
200 gr margarine, melted
5 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 ltr milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
200 gr raisins, for topping
1. Beat sugar and eggs until white and fluffy (do not need to go up), add salt and vanilla while continuing to be shaken.
2. Pour the coconut milk, stir well, put potatoes and refined flour gradually while stirring evenly.
3. Finally, pour the melted butter and stir well.
4. Heat the mud cake mold, polish butter, pour the batter until 3 / 4 full, cover, let the half-baked and then sprinkle with raisins, cover again, let it mature. Lift.
Another variation could use a sprinkling of grated cheese, slices of jackfruit, chocolate meses, and so forth.
