Ingredients:
100 gr butter
15 g sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp beef or chicken broth
150 g cake flour
25 gr milk powder
15 g cornstarch
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
50 g Edam cheese, grated
Topping Ingredients, mix well:
75 g bacon, cut into thin, then grilled briefly to dry
2 tablespoons small scallions, finely chopped
1. Beat butter, powdered sugar, and egg yolks until blended, enter the other dry ingredients. Mix well.
2. Milled 3 mm thick dough, print according to taste. Rub with egg yolk and sprinkle with a mixture of bacon, and scallions.
3. Bake in oven with a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until dry.
