Potato Cheese Brownies
Ingredients:
375 grams organic potatoes
2 tbsp plain flour
½ tsp baking powder
100 gr butter
100 gr caster sugar
3 eggs organic
75 g white cooking chocolate, cut into pieces, until melted
50 g grated cheddar cheese
1. Peel and cut potatoes. Rinse clean. Steam until cooked. Remove and mash while hot. Set aside.
2. Mix flour with baking powder and stir well. Set aside.
3. Beat butter and caster sugar with mixer until smooth. Add the eggs one by one as he beat continues with a low speed until dough is smooth.
4. Enter a mixture of flour and potatoes finely, mix well. Add melted chocolate, stirring until blended.
5. Pour batter into pan heat resistant. Roll out, sprinkle top with grated cheese.
6. Bake in hot oven for 20-30 minutes until cooked. Lift. Remove from pan, cut into pieces.
