Smoke Beef with Cheese


Ingredients:
2 pieces chicken breast, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon salt
½ tsp pepper powder
4 pieces bacon
2 pieces cheese slice

Coating Ingredients:
250 ml water
50 g margarine
85 gr flour
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt


1. Make coating: boiled water and margarine to a boil, put the flour, stir well. Add eggs one by one and mix it, add salt, mix well, set aside.
 
2. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper, coat with bacon, then cheese slices. Roll it up
 
3. Dip chicken rolls into the coating until evenly dressed. Put in the pan, bake for 30 minutes with a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius.
