500 ml coconut milk
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Blend:
10 pcs red onion
4 pcs garlic
3 cm turmeric
3 cm ginger grilled
3 btr hazelnut
1 / 4 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt


1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices, lemon grass, bay leaves, and galangal, until fragrant. Then enter the chicken and cook until changes color.
